IX Forum of Corporate Lawyers 2014

Synergy Partners participated in the IX Forum of Corporate Lawyers, held in Almaty on 6-7 November 2014. Our partners, Alzhan Stamkulov and Nurzhan Stamkulov were speakers. Alzhan made a presentation on Compensation For Environmental Damage. This topic led to active discussion by practitioners of oil and gas and mining sectors. The second theme was Transactions with Shares. Nurzhan Stamkulov shared its experience and gave recommendations on Litigation in Customs Disputes.
